However, it is significant whom a city government wants to honour with a name.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nIn Vienna 60 % of the streets are named after persons \u2013 but only 11 % of which are in remembrance of female personalities.<br \/>\nEvery citizen is allowed to suggest a name for a street where he or she lives; proposals are discussed in the relevant district.
